先人達

知る人ぞ知る「北の屋台」。
北の屋台はの説明は、ホームページに詳しく出ているのでここでは書かないが、個人の先入観や印象を書いておく。

正直、個人的にも屋台で一杯やるのはちょっとした憧れだ。特にTVドラマでよくみるリアカーの屋台でおでんをつまみに飲んでみたい。また、いわゆるガード下のうっすら暗いところで焼き鳥で一杯やりたい。
残念ながら北の屋台は僕の憧れを充足するにはちょっと雰囲気が異なる。個人的にはもう少しうっすら汚れている方が良いのだ(苦笑)。そして、ぷらっと入って一杯やり飲み代は小銭を「ここに置いておくよ」などと言えるくらいに安くなくてはならない。

北の屋台が全国に名を広めるまでには相当の苦労があった。
そうした先人達が残したモノはこのプレーとだけだったのだろうか。
